1. What this site is
internetdeals.shop is an information and referral website for residential internet service. It presents plans and promotions and links you through to EBOX, an authorized provider of the service described.
We are not an internet service provider. We do not sell, install, bill, or support internet service ourselves, and we do not operate any network.
2. Your agreement is with EBOX
If you decide to order, you do so on EBOX’s own website and you enter into a contract with EBOX. EBOX’s terms of service, privacy policy, acceptable use policy and pricing govern that relationship.
Service availability, installation, equipment, billing, speeds, technical support and cancellation are all matters between you and EBOX. Questions or complaints about the service itself should be directed to EBOX.
3. Pricing, speeds and promotions
Prices, speeds and promotional offers shown on this site are those advertised by EBOX. They are subject to EBOX’s own terms, eligibility rules and service availability, and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
The Back to School promotion described on this site, as advertised at the time of writing, offers a $100 prepaid gift card, is available to new customers only, is issued after 60 days of active service, and ends on 13 September 2026. Full conditions are set by EBOX.
If anything shown on this site differs from what EBOX states at the point of sale, EBOX’s terms and pricing govern.
Advertised speeds are maximums. Actual speeds vary with your equipment, in-home wiring, network conditions and the plan you take. Service is not available at every address.
4. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site current, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate, complete or up to date at all times. Always confirm the plan, price and conditions on EBOX’s website before you order.
5. Trademarks
EBOX, Bell and any other product or company names referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification purposes only, and their use does not imply that this site is operated by, or is an official website of, those companies.
6. Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information shown on it, or from your dealings with EBOX.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province.
